Keeping Up with Keri

Boy, it feels like forever since I've updated you guys. Having 4 kids, our lives get a bit busy. When I do have some down time I am reading and researching information for my life purpose. I am working with Angels and trying to help kids.

The universe has been bringing the people to me so I know that I'm on the right path. There are so many kids out there who feel alone and crazy. They turn to drugs and violence because they feel that that is their only way out. If we adults would just take the time and listen (not judge), these kids could be in a better place.

One of the most important things I tell people is that you must love yourself first. Self love is the key to all happiness. It must come from the inside. For kids who are constantly told they are weird or unliked, it makes it hard for them to love themselves. We must help them undo these negative thoughts. These kids need to know that they are not alone and that there are others just like them everywhere.

We were put here to learn and grow and to love one another. If we cannot complete our lessons, we will come back. Past lives is a real thing. If someone has an unexplained ailment or fear that can't be helped, past life regression can help. It is an amazing thing to find out why we have an anxiety or a recurring pain that we can't explain. Once we acknowledge what has happened in the past, these issues can be cured. 

The more research I do the more I understand our mission. We must do our best to love one another. We are all connected. If we mistreat people, we will be sent back and may be mistreated ourselves so we learn from this. Isn't it just better to get it all right this time around. We must help kids to understand that they have their entire lives ahead of them. God gave them awesome gifts that they need to uncover so that they can help others. God wants everyone to be happy and to have everything in life.

Kids need different outlets to express themselves. Find out from them what they need to help them move to the next level. If they are feeling completely drained and exhausted, tell them to take a shower. They might have taken on too much energy from school or a store.  I am finding out that Myrrh is a great oil to use in a bath. It helps to calm and protect us from the harsh energies around us. It has worked for me! Kids need alternative methods to release harsh energies.

I will continue to help every kid I meet wherever I go. I just seem to know who needs my help. If I can save a life, then I know I have done my job.

Just remember that the kid sitting next to you may need your help. Give him a smile, it may just make his day!!
